    1. Hi Denise; I’m not a beach person either unless there’s a nice outdoor patio involved with excellent food and wine! 😉 This one is close to Rome and hubby’s family has a condo right there, so that makes it special. Plus, “Beach” was today’s photo prompt. 🙂 Thanks for dropping in. Have a good weekend!

    1. So true about beaches. 🙂 I’m glad you enjoyed the photo. Thanks for dropping in! I’m trying to get back to blogging a bit more regularly after a long hiatus.

  1. Debbie,

The beach photo looks very nice and inviting. What a beautiful spot! You’re indeed lucky to have an Italian hubby with family still in Italy. Trips abroad are crazy expensive! This looks like a cool blog hop I’d like to join. I am going to save a link back to this post to remind myself to play in the not-so-distant future. Have a good weekend and thanks for stopping by to vote in my latest BoTB!

    1. Hi Cathy; It is a beautiful beach but what thrills me the most is its proximity to Rome. And yes, the free accommodations. 🙂 You are so right about the cost of international travel. We are addicted to it though and will be returning there this fall. Both of us were born in Europe and it draws us back. Photo Friday used to be more popular as a blogfest but they changed the format and it kind of died out. It’s a great excuse to share images, anyway. Wishing you and DH a good weekend as well. Thanks for coming over.

  2. The sea looks very inviting in that photograph. We’re into taking photographs of the wildlife we see when out walking. We need to work out a good way of organising our pictures though. We can’t find the picture we want when we’ve stored them!

    1. Hi Clowie; It is a lovely beach, but my favourite aspect is its proximity to Rome. 🙂 Wildlife photos are always fascinating. For photo organization, Google Photos is a great app! Not only does it store your images, but you can edit them as well. They are sorted by date automatically and there’s even a search function. Thanks for dropping in and have a good weekend!
