HOSPITAL ROOM VIEWS
In February 2016, I spent nine days in the hospital with a severe case of pneumonia. As I started feeling better, boredom set in and I amused myself by taking photos out the window.
SO I MADE A FUN BOKEH EDIT OUT OF IT.

This post have incredibly good photos, great views and colors!
I’m glad you enjoyed them, Jean. 🙂 Thank you! 🙏🏻
Fabulous window photos, Debbie, especially those from the airplane. Stay warm!
Thanks, Eugi! 🙂 I hear it was freezing down south – even worse than us. Hopefully, things have warmed up a spell. We’re getting rain and more rain. 😛
All fantastic examples of Thru the Window. Through the window is about the only way I’m taking outside shots right now with our temps and wind chills below zero F!
Thank you, Lisa! 🙂 I get it. We had a nasty cold spell too, but surprisingly, not as bad as yours. Keep warm!
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Hugs. ♥
And thank you for hosting, Sandee! 🙂
Excellent choices for the challenge, Debbie!
Love the photos.
Thank you, Veronica! 🙂
Great choices for the theme!
Thank you, Kirstin. 🙂
You have so many to choose from! You nailed the challenge with some great choices, Debbie.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete! 🙂 Yes, I have thousands of photos, taken over many years.
Some great photos there, Debbie!
Hi Janet! Thanks for coming by and also for the compliment. 🙂
Beautiful shots. I wish I was this talented to take such beautiful shots.
Have a fabulous day and week, Debbie. Big hug. ♥
Thank you, Sandee! 🙂 I have a passion for photography.
You have some great window shots, Debbie. Sorry to read about your illness but you managed to entertain yourself with the camera. I love all your airplane vistas, I enjoy taking pics from the plane when I can. Great to see your post this week. Stay warm! I’m taking a short side roadtrip to Northern Arizona…still a bit colder there, but it will be worth it. Shh, don’t tell anyone, I booked an Antelope Canyon tour foe Tuesday. Can’t wait. Talk soon and thank you for your consistent participation in Sunday Stills!
Thanks, Terri! 🙂 I’m always thrilled by a good aerial land or seascape. It would be such fun to get a camera drone. That bout of pneumonia was pretty scary and took a long time to recover fully, but at least I had a room with a view! Your Antelope Canyon tour will surely be a memory highlight! The photos I’ve seen so far are spectacular.
Really love your photos! xo
Thanks Kymber! 🙂 Sorry for the late reply.
Debbie,
How cool to have a room where you can see Niagara Falls right out your window. Have you ever gotten on the water near the falls? That would be really neat to do in the summer. 🙂 Nice set of photos through a window!
Yes, there are several falls view hotels, but of course, those rooms cost more. We think it’s worth it! 🙂 It’s funny, we’ve been to Niagara Falls dozens of times (a 45-minute drive from home), but never did the boat tour. We should, one of these days! Glad you enjoyed the photos.
