I love the music! And the photos are gorgeous! Beautiful post, Debbie!
Thanks very much, Eugenia! 🙂 I’m glad you enjoyed the photos and music.
Such beautiful photos..
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed them. 🙂
You chose one of my favorite songs and your photos are gorgeous!
Thank you so much, Carol! 🙂
Love the music and you know me when it comes to the Moody Blues. I love it! Your pictures are just stunning. The first group I the oranges, love the city shot and the 2nd last one with the sun almost gone but shining orange. I the 2nd grouping with the yellows, that one where you see the setting sun through the trees..magical! It looks like it could be in Figi.
I’m glad you enjoyed the photos and music, Birgit! Yes, I know we have a shared affection for the Moody Blues 🙂 I took these pictures at sunrise, not sunset. I couldn’t sleep one night and headed down to the lake, camera in hand. I WISH we had lakeside sunsets, but I’d probably have to head down your way to see those. ONE of these days!
Lots of really gorgeous photos there, DEBBIE!
I thought my favorite was the third one down in the right column until I expanded the shot of the lone swan with the Sun rising behind it. WOW! That should be a music album or book cover. Divine timing on that one!
You have a great eye for photography!

Hi Stephen! Thanks so much for checking out the photo spread and for the lovely compliment. 🙂 Yes, I got lucky with the swan shot. I’m playing catch up again – sorry!
Outstanding photos, Debbie! So serene. Nice choice of music too 😉
Thank you so much, diedre. 🙂 I appreciate the visit.
Such gorgeous pictures, especially the sunrise ones! Loved them!
Thank you so much, Shilpa! 🙂 The photography muse is active again.
Your photos are lovely, Debbie. I see you communed with some of my duck friends. Ducks and I have a special relationship.
Love,
Janie
Thanks, Janie! 🙂 Yes, there were ducks a-plenty in the lake that morning. I saw your cute duck photos too.
Debbie,
Excellent morning sky shots! The sun light looks so warm. We’re under gray skies currently with the temps 42º which is chilly for east Tennessee. We dipped down to freezing last night and we’re suppose to get a repeat of that tonight. I can use some of that sunny warmth. 🙂 Hopefully, we’ll see some nice conditions before too long. Thanks for dropping by. Feel to join the 4M dance party anytime. You’re always welcome theme or no-theme, if you have music to share then that’s all that matters. 😉 Have a boogietastic week, dearie!
Thanks, Cathy. 🙂 It was a hot August morning when I took those photos. Fall came much too quickly! 😮 Sounds like your current weather is even colder that ours. How unusual!
Such beautiful shots. Wow. Well done.
Have a fabulous day and week, Debbie. ♥
Thank you, Sandee! 🙂 Mother Nature did most of the work.
Gorgeous Deb. Sorry, Twitter is down at the moment. 🙂
Thanks, Deb. 🙂 No need to apologize and I appreciate your support, any time.
From our windows I don’t often see cool sun rises like you photographed. Every now and then, but not often, and then they’re behind the houses across the street from us. Your photos are lovely!

Thanks, Lee! 🙂 The only time I catch a sunrise is after a sleepless night. Doesn’t happen too often.
Gorgeous photos
Thanks! 🙂 Mother Nature did most of the work.
Lovely photos, Debbie, and beautiful sunrises. I rarely get up early enough for sunrise, but they are not as impressive as yours anyway.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thank you for that high praise, Pete! ? The only time I manage to take sunrise photos is when I’ve been up all night. ?
