She was grinning like a Cheshire Cat

Feeling gorgeous and wicked

and wishing that

It would never end

This was madness, of course, and too decadent

Lived only for the next interlude

Her feelings, so eloquent

It was bound to end

Flames that burn too brightly are not easy to sustain

The Magic Man was losing interest

and she was in so much pain

It was going to end

She tried a few last-ditch desperation ploys

This only served to make things worse

And now, there would be no more joys

This was the end

Every woman should have a Magic Man in her life, at least once and for however briefly!

The Wilson sisters even wrote a song about it. ♫♥♫♥♫♥♫

  1. An excellent offering Debbie and I am sorry for being late to comment on this one, to be honest I have now turned off all the settings on my Space to eliminate all those ridiculously high numbers of e mails sent via our WP and now my inbox resembles a Ghost Town, which is just how I like it to be 🙂 The only drawback is that I never know when anyone has written a new posting 🙁

Soooooooooo if I am later to add something you know why, but I will always get here at some stage 🙂 😉 🙂

Have a lovely rest of weekend Debbie and be naughty 😉

    1. Thanks for dropping by, Andro. I completely understand about the notifications, as I find my inbox similarly overwhelmed and have been thinking of doing the same thing. Glad you enjoyed the post and there’s no hurry. I have been lagging in that area as well. My excuse for the moment; was away for the weekend. Cheers!

  2. Yeah – – once in a while you have to go to the secret drawer and get some magical pieces out! Your posts are a pleasure and magic all by itself, Debbie.
