HOLIDAY HIATUS; SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

It’s time to step back from online activities and reacquaint myself with the real world.

I was going to wait until December 1st, but my twin nemeses, blogger burnout and internet fatigue, have returned.

Plus, I’ve been having trouble with eye strain, and the insomnia is getting worse. Time for a little self-care and indulgence!

There’s so much going on this time of year, and I want to be present, not chained to the laptop. This weekend we’ll be “decking the halls.”

The one after that is our annual overnight trip to Niagara Falls for the Festival of Lights.

In between, there’s holiday socializing with friends, and, of course, we’ll have a house full of canines from Dec. 20 until the first week of January.
