WELCOME BACK TO BOTB! 
It’s time to announce the results of the Mar. 15th showdown.

BATTLE OF THE BANDS (BOTB), hosted by StMcC Presents Battle of the Bands is where you listen to different recordings and vote for the one you like best. There are two “Battles” per month, on the 1st and 15th. (Some of us choose one date OR the other. Mine are scheduled for the 15th only.) Votes will be tallied and posted the following week. Please excuse the short post, but I’ve been distracted lately. Thanks for coming out to vote! 🙏 It was a good turnout, despite all the turmoil. I hope everyone is coping as well as possible with the new “normal” and staying healthy. And remember, it’s only temporary!

    Thanks for sharing the outcome of your mid-March BoTB. I sorta figured Bonnie would win even though I gave my vote to the other contender. I like her, “I Can’t Make You Love Me”. No doubt about it, I do like Bonnie’s voice. Congrats to her for the victory in this round! Have a good week and be well, my friend!

  5. It’s not like I ain’t used to being a (very vocal) part of the minority… in almost all realms.

    I shall return to BOTB on April 1st for an ‘April Fool’s Day’-themed installment. Yak later, DEBBIE!

  6. I was just recently listening to Baby Come Back by UB40 and Pato Banton. 🙂 Never heard the Bonnie Rait version and I must now check it out. Thanks for this song, though! Enjoy your break, Debbie!
