  1. The coca cola bottle in Las Vegas I do remember 🙂 and Greece is on my places to see list. Thanks for sharing.

    1. There’s nothing quite like sunshine! 🙂 It was hot in Greece and that last photo really shows it. Thanks for visiting.

  2. Wonderful captures, Debbie. The weather out here at our place is like the one you captured in Greece. Bright and really hot sun. We can do with cool showers right now. That large Coco Cola Bottle is a office for the company?

    1. Thanks Shilpa. 🙂 Yes, I can imagine how hot it must be in India now. Greece in Sept. (when that photo was taken) often hit the 40-45C mark. That Coke bottle is on the front façade of the Coca Cola Store, which sells all kinds of Coke branded merchandise like wall clocks, t-shirts, even bar stools and mini fridges. Have a good weekend.

    1. Glad you enjoyed the photos. 🙂 Thanks for the holiday wishes. In Canada, we celebrate “Canada Day”, which is on July 1. Close enough. 😉

  3. Loved the first capture the most. 🙂 I love sunny days too. Perfect for photography.

    1. Sunny days we don’t get enough of around here, but luckily, those photos were taken elsewhere. 🙂 Thanks for visiting.

    1. Thanks Vidya; glad you enjoyed them. 🙂 The first two were originally published in Sept. 2012, but this is the first time I’ve used the third one. Thanks for the holiday wishes. In Canada, we celebrate “Canada Day”, which is on July 1. Close enough. 😉

  4. Great pictures! I love the ball of sun in your Greece photo. And I had never seen the big Coke bottle before! Weird timing because I just got done watching a special on the 80s and one of the segments talked about the cola wars between Coke and Pepsi and the intro of New Coke…and it’s subsequent failure. Remember when New Coke came out? Crazy timing with your picture. I literally just finished watching that program! Have a great weekend Debbie!

    1. Hi Michele; 🙂 I had forgotten about that photo from Greece and actually thought it wasn’t so good, but it sure suited the topic. 🙂 Yes, I remember the New Coke fiasco. This bottle is attached to the front of the Coke Store in Las Vegas. Everything you can imagine with the Coca Cola logo on it. Funny about the timing. Happy 4th of July weekend!

  5. I love sunny days, bright rays blessing us and the plants, trees, and our animal friends. It’s been overall a bit of a grey Summer this year so thanks for this reminder of what thinks could be.

    1. Nothing beats a sunny day and you’re right Chi Chi. There’s been altogether too much greyness this summer. Thanks for visiting and Happy 4th of July!

  6. Nice photos and great shot of the Coke bottle, Debbie! I was thinking how blazingly (no pun intended) fast our summers go by here in Reno. We get literally 3 months. And my kid does like super hot (as it is right now). Give me 70’s all year round LOL 🙂 Yes, I’m a 12 month/year weather whiner 🙂

    1. Hi Mike; Yeah; I thought that giant Coke bottle in Vegas was pretty cool. 🙂 Here in Toronto, our summers are also generally quite short and over much too soon. Funny how winter drags on and on…..:P If you want 70s all year long, San Diego is the place! It’s got the best climate in all of North America! Of course I am biased, as my parents moved there decades ago and it’s my home away from home. Thanks for visiting and Happy 4th of July to you and Phoenix! 🙂
