    1. It was a beautiful garden. ♥ Someone here suggested the figure in the pond represents a womb. Sounds like a good theory, don’t you think? 🙂

  1. The picture from Amalfi Coast looks so beautiful. Striking and colorful. The picture of the pups is absolutely adorable. It must feel amazing to spend time with these lovely furry babies. Another wonderful selection.

    1. The Amalfi coast is incredible. We didn’t have enough time to explore it fully, so hopefully. we can go back sometime. I love my job, Raj! Different dogs to love every week. ♥ I’m glad you enjoyed the photos. 🙂

  2. Hi Debbie, love your blog title and photos, oh my they take me back. Have only been to Italy once and I remember the blue blue water of Amalfi still. The Palermo photo has a little bend to it that I like the looks of, not quite a fisheye but has flair.

    1. Welcome to The Den, Jeanna! 🙂 I’m glad you enjoyed the photos. We didn’t have nearly enough time to explore the Amalfi coast. Great excuse to go back. Thanks for coming by!

  3. Hi Debbie! First time here from bethere2day! Those are some really great pics! My favs were your puppies, the dragon, and the 70s(?) era snap! It’s cold down here in West Virginia, so I hope you’re staying cozy up north!

    1. Welcome to The Den, Shannon! 🙂 I’m glad you enjoyed the photos. The old one was from 1975. We had a Polar Vortex happening here last week – colder than Alaska! 😮 Good thing it’s passed, now. Thanks for coming by!

    1. Thanks! 🙂 Murano glass is so beautiful, but it costs a fortune. We bought a tiny 3-inch gondola perched on a glass block as a souvenir. It cost 40 Euros (about 45 U.S. dollars)!

  4. What a colorful post. I want your pups too. I love that garden.

Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, Debbie. ♥

    1. Hi Sandee; I’m glad you enjoyed the photos.:) The great thing about being a dogsitter, is every week there’s a new cast of characters. Thanks for coming by!

  5. Debbie,

I always get that old world vibe when I look at your travel pictures from abroad with the architecture, statues, and gardens. What an interesting experience to live first hand! Your TBT photo is a flashback for me, too. DH’s middle brother had a Grand Torino in the late 70s. It was a similar color but I don’t think it was two-tone. My parents had an Oldsmobile (1974-75). It was two-tone where this one is green, my folks’ car was more of blue turquoise. That was a nice looking vehicle and the first to have an AC. Sweet, right? Thanks for sharing your lovely photographs. I added you to my linky party which I missed adding to my post. I’m sorry for my forgetfulness. 😉 Have a fototastic day!

    1. Hi Cathy; You would love the architecture in Europe, especially the cathedrals which go back many centuries and are ornately decorated. Our Torino was turquoise but it does look more green in the photo. Those were the days of great cars, weren’t they? Who could afford the gas, now? 😀 Thanks for dropping in and for fixing the linky. Cheers!
