Gosh Debbie I wish I could ,I know I can ,I am taking it in baby steps ,like right now !, keeping my hands busy ,its raining I cant go out ,sooo im surfing the big wide web ,,trying not to smoke ,,you must have espn lol hahah lmao!!! I have tried it all /everything there is to help me stop ,patches the gum ,holding a straw .. now if my hands are busy like now ..helps me to not smoke as much ..

I used to hand roll Drum – Quit cold turkey 4 yrs ago on a driving trip to Alaska – was really starting to feel my lungs getting bad – coughing, spitting gobs, gasping for air as I would climb a hill – You know when its time to quit – or else. I used chewing tobacco for a while, but thats nasty and you need to break the nicotine craving. Glad you quit!
